Early Graduates and EOC Exams Early Graduates must Have four (4) EOC exams or approved Non-participations Meet EOC proficiency benchmarks Students not meeting the benchmark may appeal to the JCPS Testing Unit on the grounds of extenuating circumstances. 9 English II – 154 U.S. History – 147 Algebra II – 148 Biology– 154

Graduates Without All 4 EOCs EOC Early Warning Report Districts can use the EOC Early Warning Report within IC. OAA will provide DACs with a list of seniors missing EOC scores or with a non-participation to assist with roster cleanup. Data Management Center You may also use the Data Management Center for EOC tracking. When spring testing rosters open in late April, accountability rosters for graduates will contain students with and without EOC exam scores. Districts will be able to file non-participations in SDRR during spring rosters - Information will be shared through BAC s. All students should be tested or the graduating accountable school will receive the lowest test score for missing exams. 10

Determining which students are tested Collaborate with counselors or the person who handles class scheduling to determine which courses provide graduation credit in the four EOC content areas Ad Hoc currently in Infinite Campus for each course EOC Bulk Roster Registration Algebra II EOC Bulk Roster Registration Biology EOC Bulk Roster Registration English II EOC Bulk Roster Registration U. S. History Collaborate with teachers to determine which of the students will and/or will not be successfully completing (passing all components)the course. Compare this list to the list of students on the Data Management Center to determine any students who have previously tested. When in doubt order a test! Order units based upon the number of students who will most likely complete the assessment. When in doubt order a test! The Testing Unit will automatically order a small overage for you.
