16 Please Note…  Misadministration and/or irregularities in administration must be reported to the principal

18 Checking in Student Answer Papers ~ Regents  When a student has completed a Regents exam, all the student answer materials (both used and unused, including scrap paper) must be collected and checked in by logging the materials into a list of examinees.
