5 Affixing Student Labels 1.Verify Student information is correct. Labels with incorrect information should NOT be used. 2.Check that no information is missing. Write in any missing information (sections 1 & 7). 3.If information is INCORRECT, do NOT use label; write in student information in sections 1 and 7 of the test book 4.If it is correct, place the label on the student test book in the box. 5.Complete ESE/504/LEP information (Sections 10 & 11) using page 7 from the Directions for Administering
