Notification Preferences SAMT keeps you informed about access requests and important transaction events Being aware of pending user requests and account changes can help keep your business running smoothly. SAMT tracks many types of transactions that may impact you and your users, so that you can take appropriate action to keep your users happy and your information safe. Customize your SAMT notification preferences Whether you log in to SAMT multiple times each day, or only occasionally, you can stay on top of user access and profile changes, and updates to your BIDs and contracts. By customizing your notification preferences to meet your specific needs, you decide how and when to receive notifications. In addition to seeing notifications on your SAMT notification screen, you can also choose to be notified by email when important events occur that require your attention. Click to continue

Notification Preferences Welcome JOHN Q. PUBLIC ABC COMPANY View your transaction notifications by going to the “Requests > Notifications” tab (5) To update your notification preferences click the “>>” tab, which displays the “Administration” tab On the “Administration” tab, view your transaction notification options by selecting “Change My Notification Preferences” Click to continue

Notification Preferences Welcome JOHN Q. PUBLIC ABC COMPANY SAMT allows you to choose the types of transactions relevant to you By default, new SAMT Administrators can view all types of notifications If you do not want to be notified of certain transactions, uncheck those boxes To view detailed explanations of the different notification types, hover your pointer over the information icon Note: Bill-to ID Administrators will see additional notification types Make the first step a new slide Click to continue

Notification Preferences Welcome JOHN Q. PUBLIC ABC COMPANY In addition to viewing transactions and pending requests on your SAMT screens, you can choose to also be notified by email, and the frequency you will receive these emails Real Time: Immediately receive a separate email for each request or transaction Hourly / Daily: Receive a summary email with counts of each transaction and a link to SAMT to view the details (if there are no transactions during that time, no email is sent) Never: No emails will be sent, but notifications will still be visible in SAMT (recommended for backup administrators only) Click to continue

Notification Preferences Welcome JOHN Q. PUBLIC ABC COMPANY SAMT automatically sends emails to users when you grant or remove their access, but there may be times you want to temporarily discontinue sending these emails to users TIP: You may not want users to know about access errors that you’re in the process of correcting Check this box to prevent SAMT’s automatic emails from notifying users of transactions you perform Emails will not be sent out to users until you uncheck the box, log off SAMT, or close your browser Click to continue
