1. Entering Test Results for QC Requirements Contractor Mode
The following slides are just for showing how to enter in the test results for QC Requirements and will not cover how to create a daily log.

2. From the “Contract Menu” screen, select ”QC”.

3. Select “QC Daily Reports”
Select “QC Daily Reports”. Note: QC Requirements only allows the user to add testing to activities.

4. The user can either add test results on new daily log or on a previous uncompleted daily log.

5. Click on “QC Requirements”.

6. QC Requirement screen will default to “All QC Requirements”
QC Requirement screen will default to “All QC Requirements”. Clicking “Completed” in this screen will enter the current date. Check the box and put the test into “Awaiting Test Results”.

7. Click “QC Tab” to enter the actual results of the test that was performed.

8. Changing QC Test Status
To change the test results from “Completed-Awaiting Results” click in the right hand corner of the status for the drop down menu.
Select the correct status of the of the test. Select the back arrow to return to the main QC daily screen. This will save the entered results.

9. RMS will update the “QC Requirements” tab to show how many requirements were completed and list it under “QC Requirements”.
