3 DrayWatch Login Logging into your Dray Watch site online:
Once setup is complete you will receive an from DrayWatch with Login ID and Password Follow the link in the message to the DrayWatch Welcome! screen Enter your Login ID and Password in the spaces provided and select go! *Make sure to copy and paste your Login ID and Password as both are case sensitive

4 Viewing Loads in DrayWatch
This will bring up all Pending Work Orders (WO) that are waiting to be accepted Click in the underlined Work Order number to view loads in detail *Note that a Work Order may contain many different segments (i.e. containers/equipment). Select view segments in the detailed Work Order view to view individual segment(s) Once logged in you will be redirected to the View Segments page Select Pending under State and then select apply

5 Accepting Loads in DrayWatch
Once you have verified the information on the Work Order is correct click accept on the right hand side of the WO It is also possible to accept only certain segments by selecting view segments in the detailed WO view If you wish to revise or decline the WO select decline This will trigger a pop-up where you will enter comments (i.e. what to revise or reason for rejection) Accessorials such as fuel can be viewed before acceptance by clicking on acc in the detailed Work Order view

6 Updating Load Appointment Time
Once you have accepted the segment it will move to the Accepted state Upon confirmation of appointment time with customer update appointment time in DrayWatch Select status on the right hand side of the segment you wish to update In the pop-up box select Confirmed Appt. Time under event type Input date and time of the appointment in the fields provided and select submit *Appointment times are required for all transport moves excluding repositioning moves

7 Confirmation of Move Completion
Once the move has been completed it is necessary to update the move completion in DrayWatch Select status on the right hand side of the segment you wish to update Leave event type as default provided Input date and time of move completion in the fields provided and submit Do not update segment completion status until move is physically completed! *DrayWatch WO will not be available for invoicing segment update(s) are performed

8 Adding Miscellaneous Charges: Step 1
In order to add miscellaneous charges such as overweight or detention charges to a WO select the acc icon to the right hand side of the WO or segment you wish to update

9 Adding Miscellaneous Charges: Step 2
2. This will bring you to the View Accessorials page where you can view existing accessorials 2. Select add on the bottom left hand side of the page to add an accessorial charge

10 Adding Miscellaneous Charges: Step 3
3. This will bring you to the Accessorial Details page 3. Select appropriate charge from drop down 3. Input the relevant charge information and select submit 3. The charge will be sent back to Maersk Dispatch for approval before being added to the WO 3. Please enter specific comments for anything where the customer has requested additional services (driver detention, dry run, etc.), including: Activity to date, Activity from date (when the event occurs) The first and last Name of the person at the facility who is requesting/authorizing charges must be included. *Check with your local Maersk dispatch regarding any additional documentation needed Step 3 *For Overweight (OWT) fines/scaling/stuffing: Please enter in comments which of the three you have been charged for and if there is a fine or scale ticket please forward to regional dispatch

11 Invoicing Completed Loads
Select Invoice ● Create This will bring you to the Create Invoice (1/2) page Select apply to view all Invoiceable segments

12 Invoicing Completed Loads
Verify that all charges are correct and check the box to the right of the WO Select create invoice It is also possible to invoice all available WO by selecting add all selected before creating invoice

13 Invoicing Completed Loads
All invoices are submitted electronically via DrayWatch…No paper invoices necessary! *Payment will be issued 30 days from date of invoice submission Enter corresponding internal Invoice Number (carrier reference number) and Invoice Date and submit Invoice date is always the date that the invoice is submitted *Ideally all loads should be invoiced within 7 days of move completion

14 Viewing Completed Loads
In order to check the status of an invoice or payment select Invoice ● View Select the appropriate sub-heading under Invoice State and click apply You may also enter Invoice #, Work Order, etc. in the reference fields provided Choose Select All and select apply to view the status of a specific invoice Payment will be issued 30 days from Submit Date date in Draywatch

15 Adding User Information
In order to add users to DrayWatch for your company simply select Tools ● Users This will bring your to the View Users page where you will select add You will then be redirected the Add User page Input all relevant user information User will receive an automatic with login and password information

16 Editing User Information
To edit user information click apply once on the View Users screen This will bring up all user information Select edit to the right of the user you wish to edit *It is also possible to edit your own information including your password by selecting Tools ● Personal

17 User Groups User groups are used to when a company maintains multiple locations User groups allow users in different locations to receive work orders separately (i.e. Users located in Newark receive only work order related to Newark moves) In order to add user groups select Tools ● User Groups Select add user group and input relevant information Select users from available users to add to group and hit submit Please contact when updating user groups in order to ensure that information is also updated in our Maersk Dispatch system

18 Notifications It is possible to receive an notification each time a work order is transmitted into your company’s DrayWatch site In order to update user notifications select Tools ● Notifications On the Manage Notifications page select users under Recipients (to the right of Segment (s) Tendered) Select desired users and click submit in the pop-up box Scroll down and select submit again on the Manage Notifications page

19 Once logged in select DayView on the top left hand side of your site
DayView is an easy way to view all the status of all your loads in Draywatch Once logged in select DayView on the top left hand side of your site You will be able to view the status of all loads as well as address any errors pertaining to active items

20 EDI Process Automation
Carrier System Draywatch is able to link with many external systems via EDI If your company is currently utilizing a Dispatch and billing system it is likely that it can be linked with DrayWatch in order to simplify your overall process Information from your system will flow through DrayWatch straight to Maersk systems The need to log into DrayWatch will be largely eliminated improving overall operational efficiency For further information involving EDI setup and processing please contact DrayWatch Maersk Line
