1. Managing access using Bill to ID groups – Share/Unshare
Instructions for Navigating in the Training Module

2. Bill to ID - Manage by Group: Share / Unshare Group
To Share/Unshare a Group using the Manage by Group screen:

Choose a group.
Select Share/Unshare group.
Click on the Submit button.

To Share
Click Share Group Access and Enter the CCO id to share
To Unshare
Click on the Unshare Group Access and select Administrators to Unshare. 1 3 2 4 5
