1. What’s New in SAMT – November 2016
This training module is intended for experienced SAMT Administrators, and covers only the enhancements and changes contained in the November 2016 release of SAMT. Please visit the SAMT Training page for other modules which describe complete end-to-end functionality of SAMT.

2. What’s New in SAMT – November 2016
This release provides several usability enhancements, including:
More granular Communication Preference settings, giving you more control over the s used to alert you to pending requests and other user notifications
“Access Advice” within the contract revalidation report, based on systematic evaluation of contracts and users

4. Notification Preferences
You choose the events for which you want to be notified
Detailed information about each of the different events is available
Note that some notification options are only available to Bill-to ID Administrators
View your event Notifications on the “Requests > Notifications” tab

5. Notification Preferences
Separately choose when to receive s for Pending Requests and Notifications
Real Time: Separate for each request or event
Hourly / Daily: Summary with the number of transactions, and a link to your SAMT queue
Never (Recommended for backup administrators only)

6. Contract Revalidation Report
Generate the report from the Administration tab.
The downloaded report contains new columns with Access Advice and reasons.
If you see users who should not have access, remove them using the “Manage by Name” or “Manage by Number” screens.
