Instructions for Navigating in the Training Module
This training module is best viewed in Slide Show mode. Click on the PowerPoint slide show icon at the bottom of the screen.
To proceed to the next step, click the mouse, or use the “PgDn” or Down Arrow key on your keyboard.
To return to the previous step, right click and select “Previous” from the menu, or use the “PgUp” or Up Arrow key on your keyboard.
To end the presentation, right click and select “End Show” from the menu, or use the “Esc” key on your keyboard.

2. Administration Screen Options
Generate, and then view, a variety of reports
Perform bulk transactions
Create and upload a CSV file to associate large numbers of users and contracts
Revalidate authorized users
Grant access to other administrators
Onboard peer SAMT administrators, and grant them access to contracts they will administer
Locate other administrators for Bill to ID or contract number
Update your profile
Open Cisco.com Profile Manager to perform/request updates to your profile
Request user admin access to additional contracts or Bill-to IDs
Change your notification preferences
Inform Cisco about individuals who have left the company, or who are obtaining support and may not be authorized
