(This password requires a minimum of 6 digits and no special characters. If you try to login and are unsuccessful 5 times, the system will disable your account. This password expires every 90 days.) Once your new password has been accepted, you will then see a screen indicating that “Your machine is now registered with JP Morgan.” The final step in this process is to select 3 authentication questions – and provide the appropriate answers.

4 Please note the “Help” option on the toolbar. This will provide you with “Help for this page” or “Help Index” for a comprehensive summary of helpful information.

5 This is the Home Page. At the top we see four icons. The “Home Page” icon takes you back to this page no matter where you are in PaymentNet. The “Contact Information” icon gives you contact information for your program. “My Profile” allows you to set personal preferences. The last icon is what you select to log off the system. 4 icons

6 This is the “home” icon which will return you to this page no matter where you are within Paymentnet.

Clicking on the “Contact Information” icon will give you contact information for your program administrator as well as cardholder support with JP Morgan.

Clicking on the “My Profile” icon allows you to set personal preferences. Under the general information tab, you may choose what email notifications you want to receive. 8

9 The “Bank Information” tab allows a cardholder to enter his/her bank account information to be stored for making payments. This will only be used by those cardholders who have a “corporate card” or Personal responsibility card.

You have the capabilities to change your “screen views”. Click on the third icon “My Profile”. Choose the “Screen Views” tab 10 In My Profile you can also change your “screen views”. Select the “Screen Views” tab.

PCard Training Reviewing Transactions 16

17 You will receive an automated email from PaymentNet regarding transactions that have processed and are waiting for you to review. Login to PaymentNet using the link in the email. This email will no longer include a list of transactions. You must login to view any transactions.

18 Transactions should be reviewed immediately to ensure all are legitimate purchases made by the cardholder.

19 Use the menu options along the top to access your various PaymentNet modules including: Transactions, Reports, Payments, and Help. We want the“Transactions” menu to view the recently posted transaction/transactions.

20 In the Transactions menu we have several options. “Manage” allows you to view your current transactions. “Mass Update Requests” which can allow you to change accounting codes for multiple transactions at one time. “Authorization/Decline” allows you to see your transactions that are pending and have either not posted to the card or were declined by the merchant. To search for specific transactions you can use the “Query” option. Select the “Statements” option to view/print/download your statement.

21 After choosing “manage” all current transactions will be displayed. The transactions list displays your most recent transactions first. You can sort the transactions by clicking on a column heading. You may select a specific page from the pull down menu or click the directional arrows to view additional transactions (not shown). Again you can customize the look of the screen under “my profile”.

Please note the major difference in how accounting codes are displayed. 22 It will be necessary to click each row to make changes to the account codes.

23 Select the row of the transaction you’d like to review.

This screen is very similar to what was in Legacy. You will see your default accounting codes for your transactions. You will need to make changes to these codes if necessary and enter any notes needed or required for the transaction. You may also check the box by “CH Review” - CardHolder review. Once all information is correct click the “save” button in the upper left hand corner. 24

Mass Updates 25 One new feature is the ability to update multiple transactions at the same time. Select all transactions needing the same change by checking the box to the left of the transaction line. Then click “mass update” button.

Mass Update Continued Screen will show how many transactions you selected Then you can make what change is necessary for all transactions selected Finally, click save 26 Key in correct data for all transactions Selected.

Pcard Training Splitting Distribution of Transactions 27

28 Select the row of the transaction you’d like to review.

29 If you want to split your allocation between more than one org, click “Add Lines”.

30 Enter the number of lines that you’d like to split the dollars between (number of lines entered must be at least 2). Then click “Add”.

31 Click the arrow to open each line item.

32 Change the amount or percentage for first line item and make the necessary adjustments to the accounting codes. Then subsequent line item(s) will adjust automatically but you will still need to update account code info as necessary.

33 Remember “Transaction Notes,” which is a mandatory field for some departments. You may enter those notes once you have split the distribution. Click “Save” to complete your review.

34 Note: If you decide that you don’t need to split the transaction, just click “Remove Lines”. You will then be able to review the transaction as it was originally presented.

PCard Training Disputing a Transaction 35

36 To dispute a transaction, select the transaction you want to dispute from the list. Note: The cardholder should always try to resolve a dispute with the vendor first. If unable to reach an agreement with the vendor, the cardholder should contact dispute the transaction in PaymentNet4. The transaction must be disputed within 60 days from the statement date.

37 Click on “Dispute”.

38 First, make sure your email address is entered. Then, select a “Dispute Reason”. Note: Remember that you are required to attempt to resolve the issue with the vendor prior to disputing the transaction through JP Morgan.

39 Depending upon the “Dispute Reason” you’ve selected, you may need to enter additional information. Once all necessary information has been entered, click “Submit”. This is very similar process to our current Paymentnet.

40 A dispute confirmation will be displayed. You will see listed any additional documentation that’s needed to process the dispute, along with an explanation of where it should be sent.

PCard Training Running Basic and Advanced Queries 41

42 While viewing your transactions, you run a basic query. Select a field from the drop-down list to query. Enter the data that you want to query by. Click “Go”.

43 The query results will return only those transactions that match your search criteria.

44 You can also run more advanced queries. To do this, click the “Advanced” link.

PCard Training Running Reports 47

48 To run a report, select “Create” in the “Reports” menu.

49 Select the report you want to run from the list.

50 You can choose the Report Format from three options: Adobe PDF, MS Excel, and CSV. Adobe creates a report that is not editable. Excel is best used when you need to sort, edit, and perform calculations.

51 Modify the report as needed to return the information you require using the Date Range, Criteria, Hierarchy, and Order By sections. (Optional: If you want to save the report as you’ve created it for later use, change the Name and click “Save”. The report will then be saved with the new name in your list of available reports.) When you have the report information entered, click “Process Report”.

52 The report will then be listed in the “Available Downloads” page with a Status of “Processing”. Click “Refresh” periodically until the Status changes to “Successful” (this may take a few moments). A Status of “Successful” indicates that the report is ready for downloading in viewing.

53 Once the Status shows as “Successful” select the report row to download.

54 You may now open or save the report.

55 If you create your report in Adobe PDF, it will look similar to this. You will need to use the Adobe toolbar to save or print the report.
