We start with the employers Excellent relationship with employers in the care sector. Working together to train people in the care sector. We provide the training, employers provide the support within the work place. Natural progressions from Level 1 courses to care management. South Thames College

Our offer Pre-employment, CPD courses. Full level 2 certificate workbooks, or on line Free level 2 diplomas Diplomas (3 & 4) and apprenticeships in the workplace. Higher Apprenticeship - L5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care South Thames College

News update The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (England) – 4978 is still current. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (England) (3080-50) will supersede this in December 2019 The new level 5 is an apprenticeship standard and all learners will need to achieve Maths and English at level 2. Diploma level 4 Lead Practitioner in adult care will be coming out as an apprenticeship qualification later in the year South Thames College
