Financial Report Long Term Goals Playground Basketball Goal Pad Of note, some long term goals may be rendered unnecessary by the Vestavia Community Park under construction next to The Cotswolds.

ARC Committee Report Goals: To keep home values at a maximum To keep our community’s families and residents in mind To balance the needs of the individual with the needs of the community. If you are going to make a change to your home, please get ARC approval first. Use the website www.thecotswoldshoa.com to submit your ARC Approval Request.

Landscaping Since the resident-turnover, significant improvements have been made in the mowing of common areas. Major common areas are mowed regularly Unused lots are mowed on a monthly or quarterly basis as needed, with the edges mowed more frequently. The purpose of mowing the common areas is to improve appearance and prevent rodents and reptiles.

Landscaping Mowing Our Banks To help promote safety and appearance, residents with grassy banks that face other homes have been asked to mow their banks during the growing months. Whether a resident has a bank that needs mowing is a case-by-case basis. There are many exceptions. Please ask a Board Member if your bank needs to be mowed during the growing months.

Pool Update Small pool repairs completed. Large pool repairs forthcoming. The need for security and its proven success. Importance of Pool Rules Many are required by the County Promote safety and enjoyment for all residents Allow for a family-friendly atmosphere
