Recommendations Approve and authorize the General Manager, or his designee, Agreement to increase EVMWD’s capacity in the Temecula Valley Recycled Water Transmission System from 1.54 million gallons per day (MGD) to 2.0 MGD, at a purchase amount of $785,215.
