Part 1: Mt. Hebron (Cont.) Transcripts: A transcript is an official copy of a student’s academic record. It includes: Course names from grades 9-11 Final grade for each course 12th grade course names Weighted and Unweighted GPAs and Class Ranks Rank will be run the first week of October No Test scores will be sent (SAT, PSAT, ACT, AP, HSA, PARCC)

Complete/Update the Teacher/Counselor Input form on Naviance (‘About Me’) Request letters in person -Recommendation Letter Request Form (yellow) and electronically via Naviance Follow up with a thank you note to the teacher/counselor for writing your recommendations!
