GENERAL PROJECT BUDGET

COSTS COVERED BY THE PROJECT BUDGET Such amounts can be used to cover: -The costs related to mobility abroad -The costs related to subsistence abroad -Other activities connected to the project (e.g. meetings organization, promotion activities etc.) Important note: The minimum number of expected mobilities for each partner must be respected (= 12 travels abroad / 1 participant = 1 travel) The mobilities have therefore to be distributed for the participation to the meetings abroad, otherwise the grant will be reduced

Hotel bills and restaurant bills as a proof of subsistance costs) -other costs We therefore strongly advise you to keep all receipts, bills, proof of travels and expenses connected to the project activities
