GENERAL PROJECT BUDGET

COSTS COVERED BY THE PROJECT BUDGET Such amounts can be used to cover: -The costs related to mobility abroad -The costs related to subsistence abroad -Other activities connected to the project (e.g. meetings organization, promotion activities etc.) Important note: The minimum number of expected mobilities for each partner must be respected (= 12 travels abroad / 1 participant = 1 travel) The mobilities have therefore to be distributed for the participation to the meetings abroad, otherwise the grant will be reduced

REPORTING PROCEDURE: 1) INTERMEDIATE REPORT FOR ITALY: -To be submitted to the National Agency by 1st September 2011 (the templates will be published in due time on the National Agency website) FOR OTHER COUNTRIES: -Please check the financial agreement with your own National Agency 2) FINAL REPORT FOR ITALY: -To be submitted to the National Agency by 30rd September 2012 FOR OTHER COUNTRIES: -Please check the financial agreement with your own National Agency

It should be the same for other National Agencies (please check)

FINAL REPORT: COMMON ELEMENTS DESCRIPTIVE REPORTDESCRIPTIVE REPORT FOR ITALY: It has to be completed online via the EST – European Shared Treasure: -it will be available in due time on the website of the National Agency -to login you have to use the username and password you will receive -the report must be submitted both online and by ordinary mail to the National Agency FOR OTHER COUNTRIES: -please check specific procedures in your financial agreement

FINAL REPORT: COMMON ELEMENTS PROOF OF PARTICIPATION TO MEETINGS IN FOREIGN COUNTIRESPROOF OF PARTICIPATION TO MEETINGS IN FOREIGN COUNTIRES - Certificates of participation issued by the partner hosting the meeting -Proof of travel abroad (e.g. Boarding pass) for each participant Please note that the National Agency can do, if needed, a further check on the activities by requesting: - proof of other expenses abroad (eg. Hotel bills and restaurant bills as a proof of subsistance costs) -other costs We therefore strongly advise you to keep all receipts, bills, proof of travels and expenses connected to the project activities
