SWEAH administrator must book all train or flight tickets
Advance for hotel outside Sweden, local transportation etc

Year of affiliation, year of dissertation – money in proportion to number of affiliation months

Maximum 30,000 SEK for travel within Europe
and 50,000 SEK for travel outside of Europe
Covers travel expenses and accommodation
1 week up to 3 months research visit
Maximum of two times to the same person
Must have approval of application before the journey
Present purpose and outcome at PhD Student Day
Deadlines: March 31 and September 30

Application qualifications:
Well motivated research visits in the field ageing and health
Explicitly related to the PhD student´s thesis project

7. Travel grants for research visits abroad
Application should include:
Description of the nature of the visit, goals for the visit and expected benefits.
Budget for the research visit abroad
Approval by the main supervisor
A signed invitation letter from the host organization
