This publication reflects the views only of the author, and the Commission cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein By 31/05/2009 the partner shall provide the Coordinator with:  2nd INTERIM FINANCIAL REPORT _ containing the incurred expenses up to 30/04/2009. This is to say that you will use the same file used for the 1st interim report and will updated the expenses. Each expense shall be proved by supporting documents.  2nd INTERIM ACTIVITY REPORT _ containing the activity implemented up to 30/04/2009. Don’t forget to attach copies of products and of the dissemination material produced. The two reports shall allow an easy re-conciliation: the incurred expenses shall be covered by the implemented activities.

The preparation of the report is the occasion for re-planning your expenditures estimations in relation to the planned activities, so to avoid difficulties in expending the grant during the last project period.

This publication reflects the views only of the author, and the Commission cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein Following the approval of the 1st interim report by the European Agency, all the Partners that proved to have spent the 1st pre-financing payment, received the 2nd pre-financing payment, equal to 30% of the Partner’s grant. After the approval of the 2nd interim report by the coordinator, all the partners that will prove to have totally spent the 2nd pre-financing payment, will be entitled to receive the 3rd pre-financing payment, equal to 20% of the Partner’s grant.

5. The European Agency still didn’t process our amendment request due to the withdraw of the Lo Skolen partner. The coordinator will forward the information as soon as they will be received.
