Overview Welcome to Shiptrax® Shiptrax is an internet-based shipping information system designed to meet the needs of your business. The Shiptrax suite is a web- based application that allows you to create and manage all your shipments from one place. Customers login to create and view shipments or to run reports. From our home page, your customer will click on “MY AIRGROUP.”

Track and Trace Track Shipment allows you and/or your clients to quickly locate any shipment by different criteria.

Advanced Search allows tracking by any of these criteria

A list of all open shipments displays at the bottom, upon clicking on Search. Click on “GO” to see a summary of the shipment.

Reports A variety of reports can be generated with the Shiptrax system.
