9 Proprietary and Confidential Copyright © 2005 INTTRA Inc. 9 INTTRA Desktop Shipping Instructions Setup/Configuration 1.Insert the CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive 2.Click Start and then select Run… 3.Type D:\setup (or E:\setup) and press OK Follow the instructions to complete your installation

10 Proprietary and Confidential Copyright © 2005 INTTRA Inc. 10 INTTRA Desktop Shipping Instructions Importing the Product Key 1.Double click on the INTTRA Product Key (You should have received file in an email from service@inttra.com)service@inttra.com 2.Desktop SI will run and your customer information will be automatically copied to the registration screens. Use the following steps if you have already started INTTRA Desktop- 1. Copy the file named “INTTRA_Product_Key.ikf” to your PC. 2.Click on the Import Key button and select the Product Key. 3.Desktop SI will copy your customer information to the registration screen. Figure 1 – users will see this screen the first time they run DSI

13 Proprietary and Confidential Copyright © 2005 INTTRA Inc. 13 INTTRA Desktop Shipping Instructions Connecting to INTTRA Shipping instructions can be sent to INTTRA using either web services or email. You must enter the following information to connect to INTTRA: *INTTRA ID: Please enter your INTTRA User ID into this field. *Password: Enter your INTTRA password into this field. This information will be saved as part of this application. 1 – Send Automatically- If you can browse the Internet from your PC and do not use a proxy server, you should be able to use this option. Desktop SI will connect to INTTRA.com and securely send your complete shipping instruction using web services. To check if you can send automatically, click on this link: https://etrans.paygateway.com/TransactionManager If you can access the web page, you will receive the message: “HTTP TransactionManager Interface VF 2.0 is running.” For more information, go to “proxy server” in the help appendix. 14 Proprietary and Confidential Copyright © 2005 INTTRA Inc. 14 INTTRA Desktop Shipping Instructions Connecting to INTTRA (cont.) 2 – Use my email – If you have access to email but cannot browse the Internet, or if you have a very slow Internet connection, you may choose this option and send your shipping instructions via email. Default email program – DSI supports a number of email programs, including Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, and Lotus Notes. Use my outbound email (SMTP) server – If you wish to connect directly to an SMTP server, the information you need is usually available from the following fields: Server: This is the name of your corporate mail server or your Internet service provider’s SMTP server. User: Enter your email password here. Password: Enter your email password here. Your email account name and password are only required if your SMTP server requires this information to send outgoing emails. In most cases, this information is not required.

Once you have selected a folder using the Browse button, all completed Shipping Instructions will be moved to that location. Copy these files into a new email and send them to dsi@inttraworks.com Figure 4 – if you use Outlook Express, SMTP information can be found under the servers tab

18 Proprietary and Confidential Copyright © 2005 INTTRA Inc. 18 How to Create a Shipping Instruction – 3 Particulars: Desktop supports multiple container/ commodity combinations from a single user interface - you can quickly copy containers and commodities to minimize re-keying. Clauses: This section allows you to identify the clauses that are to be shown on the completed bill. Bills: You can identify the number of Rated and Unrated, Original and Non-Negotiable bills required from the Carrier.

The computer must be connected to the Internet for this option to work. Manage Documents: click on this link to manage your draft, submitted, archived, and template shipping instructions.

20 Proprietary and Confidential Copyright © 2005 INTTRA Inc. 20 How to Review/Print a Shipping Instruction Click on the Print botton to print BL drafts for review and/or filing. Clicking the button will bring up the default print dialog. The application will return a PDF version of submitted data once the file has been received by INTTRA. The PDF may be printed, forwarded, and saved for future reference. The email from INTTRA also confirms that the data has been received by INTTRA.
