Equivalency Courses Equivalent courses are those that satisfy more than one graduation requirement. Courses that have an equivalency are noted in the course catalog. Equivalency applies to meeting high school graduation requirements only. It does not diminish the number of credits required for graduation; it may change the courses needed to fulfill graduation requirements. Equivalency does not apply for meeting core requirements for college entrance.

Course Selection Things to keep in mind when selecting course requests:  Balance - consider academic load & outside involvements; sports, clubs, home, etc.  Learning Recommendations for courses  Graduation requirements  CADRS (College Academic Distribution Requirements)
