Mission To promote and maintain the fiscal health of local child support agencies (LCSAs) by identifying fiscal best practices, identifying strategies and opportunities to maximize the Administrative and EDP M&O allocation, and identifying opportunities for program efficiencies.

CSDA Finance Committee Membership Membership is open to LCSA directors and lead fiscal staff responsible for budget and administrative fiscal duties, with approval from the LCSA director. The committee works closely with the DCSS Administrative Deputy Director and the Chief Financial Officer.

CSDA Policy & Regulations Committee Goals To establish and maintain a forum that promotes regular dialogue between DCSS and the local agencies to ensure issues and concerns are fully considered as part of the development and maintenance of DCSS policies and regulations.

Mission To promote uniformity of legal practices throughout the IV-D community of local child support agencies, State Department of Child Support Services and IV-D courts, to make available a forum for discussion and resolution of legal issues in the IV-D community, and to provide input for continued development and maintenance of the Statewide automation system, resulting in uniform legal practices Statewide, improved relationships with the Courts and case participants to the benefit of the child support program.
