 To learn about the remaining aspects of physical fitness.  To be able to discuss the definitions, testing and training for each of the physical aspects.  To be able to identify sports and roles which require these aspects of fitness and explain why.

You have so far discussed muscular endurance, cardio respiratory endurance, agility and speed through the practical sessions and theory. There are many other aspects of fitness which effect a performance. For the remaining physical factors you need to answer the questions asked.
