7 Flexibility Test: Sit and Reach Range of motion available in a joint.

8 Muscular Strength Strength refers to a muscles ability to gain force against physical objects. Test: Hand Grip test

9 Coordination Ability of the body to move in a controlled way using hand eye co-ordination. Test: Hand Wall Toss
