LEWWWP English Level Assessment What’s your LEWWWP English Level? NOTE: This assessment has many questions that apply specifically to how well you demonstrate your knowledge of what LEWWWP offers, of navigating LEWWWP, as well as questions that will assess your understanding and use of English. 2

Things to consider… Assessments are guides to help your learning! Please visit our Goal-Setting discussion category [lots of helpful guidance there]Goal-Setting discussion category Think about these: Your purpose for learning English Your focus in/for learning English Your motivation level Your available time & time management skills Your access to classes, internet, opportunities to practice, materials where you study when you study (and how often) Your willingness to ask for help 4

The LEWWWP English Level Assessment has several parts. You will be asked to Read (and follow instructions) Write Listen Speak (record your response) 6

NOTES / Tips: You may stop at any point (but this will affect your score). You may leave some answers blank (but please do complete as many as possible). You may take this assessment as many times as you wish, but please submit your scores and wait at least one month before you try again. Please read the questions carefully. For the most accurate results, it is recommended that you choose a day and time when you feel 'ready‘. and Begin and finish in one sitting (without any lengthy interruptions). Be as honest as you can be in your responses. Please follow the instructions carefully. 7

The LEWWWP English Level Assessment! Approximate time to complete = 45 to 90 minutes (It will probably be different for each of you. It is OK if it takes you less than 45 minutes. It is OK if it takes you more than 90 minutes.) 8
