Does Your Body Betray You?

 You may think that you are making yourself perfectly clear, but could your body language be telling the world a totally different story?  Experts believe that, when we just meet another person, three-quarters of our knowledge about them comes via our eyes rather than our ears. Text1

Text2  FIDDLING  Fidgeting with things; Even if you manage to keep your hands from fiddling you’ll probably start fidgeting with your feet; Watch out for shifting the weight from foot to foot, kicking, or rubbing one foot against the other

KEEP AWAY! Folding your arms; If your arms are folded and your fists clenched; An arm clasp, in which the upper arms are firmly gripped

EAR, EAR Gently massaging or tugging at an ear lobe NECKING Scratching your neck

EYE TOUCH A woman gently touching the skin underneath her eye as she speaks COLLARED When a man wearing a shirt and tie gently eases the collar away from his neck

UP, UP AND AWAY When people try hard to remember something, they usually look up and to the left. If they’re inventing something rather than telling the truth, they usually gaze upwards and to the right. GROOMING In adults, this gesture shows that you are in a quandary, and don’t know what to do for the best.

LOVE SIGNS the pupils dilate; smile; lots of eye contact; posture more relaxed and flexible; lean gently towards that special person; use lots of hand movements.
