How to Contact Counselors Students can see their counselor before school, after-school, or at lunch (no appointment necessary) An appointment or Hall Pass is needed in order for students to meet with counselors during class time Parents should call to set up an appointment with their student’s counselor Students may fill out “Student Message to Counselor” form if we are unavailable Counselor office hours: 7:15-3:15 6
