The Importance Of Communication  Humans are creatures that live as teams.Communication is something unavailable true of human life. Communication is the heart of human life.

Things that are needed for a good communication  Be polite towarrds the one beside you  Be sincere and don’t act phony  Don’t talk unnecessarily  Dont try to give advices

Verbal Communications Verbal communication refers to the the form of communication in which message is transmitted verbally; communication is done by word of mouth and a piece of writing.

 Oral Communication In oral communication, Spoken words are used. It includes face-to-face conversations, speech, telephonic conversation, video, radio, television, voice over internet. In oral communication, communication is influence by pitch, volume, speed and clarity of speaking.

Written Communication  In written communication, written signs or symbols are used to communicate.

Nonverbal Communication Nonverbal communication is the sending or receiving of wordless messages. Nonverbal communication is all about the body language of speaker.

 Nonverbal communication have the following three elements:  1)Apperance: Speaker: clothing, hairstyle, neatness, use of cosmetics Surrounding: room size, lighting, decorations, furnishings

2)Body Language facial expressions, gestures, postures 3)Sounds Voice tone, volume, speech rate
