© 2012 MediaMind | A division of DG | All rights reserved Move to Trafficking Limitations Feature ▸ You can now define the following limitations for moving placements to trafficking. Benefits ▸ Allow Move to Trafficking Only Once the IO is Approved. If you select this option, you will be able to move placements from proposals/IOs to trafficking only when there are approved IOs, and only for placements that are synced with those in the proposals/IOs. ▸ You can Allow Moving to Trafficking from either the Media IO tab, Proposal and Draft Media Plan tabs, or all of the above.

© 2012 MediaMind | A division of DG | All rights reserved Move to Trafficking Limitations (cont’d) When and Why ▸ You can find the two new settings in the account’s Smart Planning > Account Settings, under the Move to Trafficking Settings sub section.

© 2012 MediaMind | A division of DG | All rights reserved Smart Planning Access for Publishers Feature ▸ As of August 1 st, we will give your publishers access to many of the Buying module’s features, eliminating the dependency on Excel files. Benefits ▸ Publishers can now log into the system, and access their proposals and IOs. ▸ They can also view RFPs for their campaigns. ▸ You and your publishers can still use Excels when more suitable for your workflows.

© 2012 MediaMind | A division of DG | All rights reserved Default and New Filters for Media IOs List Feature ▸ Until now, you saw all media IOs in the Media IOs sub-tab. Seeing all your canceled IOs for example, was a little confusing. We have improved this functionality with two enhancements: Benefits ▸ By default, the list is now filtered so that you see only Active IOs. ▸ We have created a new filter for Non-Archived IOs, displaying all IOs that have not been archived, and this will include canceled IOs.

© 2012 MediaMind | A division of DG | All rights reserved Proposal Excel Customization Feature ▸ Customize your proposal Excel sheets. Choose which fields you want to include, and in which order you want them to appear. Benefits ▸ Your proposal will include only relevant data and not all available fields. ▸ Your customized Excel will be applied to all RFPs, proposals and IOs you send to publishers, saving you time customizing individual Excels.
