WebScan Change Order

WebScan change order: What is it? Beginning in 2010 changes to a WebScan order will need to be submitted via a WebScan change order WebScan change order is a way to store and submit Targeting, Billing and Creative campaign changes Submitting a change order will deduct points from your station’s total points allocation

WebScan change order: What is it? Types of changes include: -Adding additional products to an order -Adding additional targeting instructions to an order -Adding additional creative to an order -Changing an existing product’s impression goals -Changing an existing product’s targeting instructions -Changing an existing product’s sections -Changing an existing product’s start and/or end date -Change in cost (product and/or campaign total) -Cancelling or red lighting a product

WebScan change order: What is it? Additional types of requests will be added at a later date. Until these are added, no points will be deducted for these requests : Creative changes (revisions) Linking URL swap DART priority changes (increase or decrease in priority) Flighting creative (multiple creative with different run dates for one ad flight) Creative swaps (providing specific trafficking instructions related to creative swaps)

WebScan change order: What is it? Until the implementation of the change order process for these requests, please follow these steps for each type of request: -Creative changes (revisions): Continue sending revisions to your CS via e-mail -Linking URL swap: On the “Creative Direction” tab, indicate “provide creative” for the product and provide the new URL in the “linking URL” field. In the “description” field, indicate “URL swap.” -DART priority change: Request a change in DART priority on the “Targeting Info” tab at the product level in the “Targeting notes” field. Example: increase the DART priority -Flighting creative: Indicate specific run dates for creative on the “Creative Direction” tab for the product in the “Specific Direction” field -Creative swaps (providing specific trafficking instructions related to creative swaps): Continue sending trafficking instructions to your CS via e-mail
