6. Log in – Next Steps If this is the first time you log in to zeekbeek, a profile wizard will pop up to help you navigate the profile creation process. The profile wizard will only display the first time you log in. The next time you log in, you can edit your profile under ACTIONS and EDIT PROFILE. 8. Edit your profile To edit your profile manually, scroll down the page to view each section, or go to a specific area of your profile by clicking on the category name. Some fields in the profile area will be greyed out and can only be changed through the OSBA member portal. 9. Edit your biography In the box marked General, click on the blue Edit button at the bottom of the box. You are able to add a tagline and edit your biography. Your new tagline and biography should now be displayed in the General box. Note: Many of the fields in this area will be greyed out and you cannot edit them without returning to the Ohio State Bar Association member website. 10. Editing Under each section of your profile, you will see blue Edit and Add buttons. Clicking on these buttons will allow you to adjust the current information listed, change settings, and add new information. Don’t forget to click SUBMIT to save your changes. 11. Upload a profile picture Under the “Photos” area, click on “Upload photo.” Then click on the Browse button to select a photo from your computer. Another window will appear. This one will show files on your own computer. Navigate to the folder and the file you prefer. The selected photo file’s name will be displayed within the pop-up window. Click the Upload button. 12. Choose a profile picture If you have added more than one photo, you can always set an existing picture (in your Photo Gallery) as your Profile Picture. Choose the opt-ins that fit your practice needs After adding your photo and basic profile information, select the “Settings” tab and edit the information to opt in or out of certain features available to you. If you currently accept clients: Turn on the “Accepting Clients” feature. Enable consumer contact so potential clients can communicate with you directly through the Zeekbeek portal. 14. Share your profile Now that you’ve learned the basics about how to edit your profile, update each section of the profile area by scrolling down the page. Once you are finished editing your profile, share it on all of your social media accounts.
