COMMANDS AND REQUESTS AND SUGGESTIONS It consists on reporting the imperative to infinitive COMMANDS: Told + pronoun / Said + to / not to + infinitive Example My father said : Go to bed! My father said to got to bed REQUESTS: Asked + pronoun + to + infinitive Example Could you buy some eggs? She asked me to buy some eggs SUGGESTIONS: Suggested that + pronoun + verb in past simple Example Mike: Let’s go to the park! Mike suggested that we went to the park
