Types of Volunteers (Central California CFC)  The LE program offers a great developmental opportunity to enhance management, organizational, planning, networking skills, and to develop abilities that will benefit candidates on an upwardly mobile path  The revision of our 2013 LE Program allows for part time and VERY part time LEs Commitment levels of ½ day to 1 day per week, 1 day per month or longer will be available to promote agency engagement Loaned Executives

Types of Volunteers-FLEx Team (CFC Central CA)  The FLEx Team runs all year long and not only during campaign period  Offers ALL federal agencies the opportunity to get involved and help their CFC  Delegating projects and tasks to FLEx Team members keeps campaign expenses down  FLEx Team utilizes skills-based volunteering…natural talents & abilities are easy for most people to share  Tem members gain new skills in areas such as project management, computer skills, goal setting, customer service, marketing and interagency relations  Offers FLEx-ability (any day, any time!)  NOT limited to federal employees
