Dehydration 50-75% of your body is water  Found inside and outside your cells To figure out how much water you need divide your body weight by 2= this equals the amount of water in ounces you should consume  Ex: 150/2= 75 ounces of water per day If water that is lost is not replaces dehydration can occur  Dryness of Mouth, weakness, flushed skin and fever can result

Chlorine Works with sodium and potassium to controll osmosis Sources: plant and animal foods, table salt and processed foods Deficiencies: Rare  Diarrhea, vomiting,
