Components of Health Objectives 1.Identify examples of each category (physical, mental, social, emotional, spiritual) of health. 2.Identify 5 of the 7 lifestyle factors you can control to keep yourself healthy. 3.Define holistic, wellness & prevention 4.Identify 2 aspects of health you have little or no control over.

Physical  Physical characteristics and the way your body functions –Weight –Strength –Metabolism –Body composition (% of body fat vs. lean tissue) –Disease, illness –Sleep –Diet –Exercise
