MLS Policy Tip: Make sure your MLS is Up-to-Date One of the more common fines we see is a non-response fine. This occurs when we have sent a letter requesting a change or correction and never receive a response. You can easily avoid a non-response fine by making sure your address is up-to-date in the MLS. Most MLS warnings do not result in a fine because we receive a quick response.
