3 Reminder: 2015 Dues This coming Monday, January 12, 2015, our new dues rate will be in effect. Regarding our auto-pay system: If your account is setup with auto-pay, you will be automatically charged the new rate if your renewal happens on or after Feb. 1, 2015. You will see the new charge appear on your billing statement on or after that date. The new dues rates will be: Month-to-month: $38.00 per month Quarterly (3 month) Plan: $114 (full rate) Six Month Plan: $222.00 ($1.00 per month discount) One Year Plan: $432.00 ($2.00 per month discount) If you have any questions related to billing, please give member services a call at 801- 676-5400.

4 New Developments Email in Agent Full Report One of our most requested changes is live! The Agent and Co-Agent’s email addresses will now appear in the Agent Full Report, for both the Listing Agent and Co-Agent, and the Selling Agent and Co-Agent (when applicable). Look for this information in the Contact section at the bottom of the report

5 New Developments Big Updates to the Daily Snapshot Report We are proud to announce that we have added search options to the Daily Snapshot Tool so that the County, City, Area, and Zip Code can now be entered into the Statistical Search. The Daily Snapshot tool shows the number of listings that were Active, Under Contract, Withdrawn, and Off Market on a particular day. It shows a comparison in the market between dates (for instance, comparing today to this date last year).

6 Free Policy Class: Work Off you Fine Did you know that you can work off a fine (by taking a free C.E. class)? After you have exhausted your one time courtesy credit, you can take a free online C.E. course worth another courtesy credit. Note: This credit is not available for copyright infringement fines, non-payment late fees, and password sharing fines. The online class (available at Praedo.com) is called: Intro to MLS Policies – This course is now available online through Praedo.com for 1 hour of C.E. Credit: Describing the mission of UtahRealEstate.com MLS and how the MLS supports the Realtor® community. Highlighting key MLS policies that support Realtors® throughout the variety of Real Estate transactions. Demonstrating Policies questions with discussions of several scenarios involving Buyers' agents and Listing agents situations. Includes frequently asked policy questions and scenarios
