Policy Change “Coming Soon” and “Off MLS” Listings “Each Listing shall be Submitted to WFR within the earlier of five (5) Business Days after the applicable Listing Agreement is signed by the Seller, or the day the Broker Subscriber or Agent Subscriber advertises the property on any website for access by the general public, and shall not be Submitted until there is a Listing Agreement for the Listing.”

Policy Change Changes to the Exclusive Listing Form Sellers must acknowledge: The listing information will not be advertised on UtahRealEstate.com or any other website for access by the general public The listing information will not be distributed to subscribers to the MLS The listing information may not be available to the potential buyers working with thousands of real estate professional who participate in the MLS The listing information’s exposure to the market may be drastically reduced, which could result in not receiving the best possible offer.

4. Policy Change Changes to the Exclusive Listing Form Brokers are now required to sign the new form, and submit to MLS within 5 business days of a signed listing agreement.
