3 We’re going to tell you… Registration Course Visa Insurance Transcript Scholarship

4 Registration

5 Registration: 1 st Semester Time: 09:30~12:00, 13:30~16:00 September 9th (Thursday) Place: Office of International Affairs (OIA) Students under school level exchange should register in faculty office

6 Registration: 1 st Semester Step 1: Check-in at OIA a.Pick up your Registration Sheet and Payment Sheet. b.Submit your missing documents (eg. health exam report, *insurance proof) to OIA staff.

7 Registration: 1 st Semester Step 2: Pay the fee to the Cashier Division staff at OIA

8 Registration: 1 st Semester Step 3: OIA a.Show your *receipt of payment to OIA staff b.Return the registration sheet c.Pick up your Student ID Card. Your Student ID Card would also function as an Easy Card.

11 Then, go to the Administration Building 行政大樓 Step 2 Cashier Division (2nd Administration Build.) 出納組 ( 第二行政大樓 ) Pay your accommodation fee/ Campus Internet Access fee 繳交住宿費 / 網路使用費 Step 3 Undergraduate/ Graduate Academic Affairs Division 註冊組 / 研教組 (Room 106 /210) Bring your receipt to obtain an official stamp on your student ID card 攜帶繳費收據以取 得學生證註冊章 Registration: 2 nd Semester

Registration for the 2 nd semester has to be completed before new semester starts

13 Change of Exchange Period 延長或縮短交換期 Ask for approval from home university coordinator 取得您就讀學校承辦人的許可 Coordinator informs OIA by 承辦人經由 通知台大國際事務處 Dead line: 2011/01/01 OIA agrees and issues a new admission letter for the extended period OIA agrees and student must complete the deregistration procedure To extend the exchange period 延長交換期 To cut short the exchange period 縮短交換期

25 CLD Courses 華語班課程 Placement Test 編班測驗： Sep. 19 th CLD will arrange class period for students after the placement test. UC/CSU students excluded Very beginner level students still have to go to CLD for registration.

27 Keep in mind… You can choose all the courses in NTU no matter which department you belong to as long as you obtain the permission from the course selection system or the course instructors.
