 Meeting Maker, Staffweb, Weekly Online News and more! How do all these UW Libraries communication mechanisms fit together? How can you successfully keep up with all that's happening in the Libraries.  We'll discuss these questions and more in this session, sharing suggestions and success stories for keeping current.

 UW Libraries staff are expected to play an active role in communicating with coworkers as outlined in the: ◦ Personal Communication Responsibility Guidelines Personal Communication Responsibility Guidelines  What does that mean?  How do I do this?

 Keep your schedule up to date on Meeting Maker.  Post appropriate meetings and events to the Internal Master Calendar and the Staffweb Events Calendar.  Check and voic regularly and respond in a timely manner. Use the personal message options (voic ) and vacation configuration ( ) to alert others of your absence.  Take time to read publications to stay informed!
