 Transcript Request Form must be completed when not using Common Application  Indicate mailing address or online submission link (+ 3 address labels if mailing)  Submit to the Guidance Office by Sept 15 for Early/Rolling and Nov 15 for Regular Decision  Attach university forms for counselor to complete

 Each university has specific admission requirements  Application deadline varies from January to March  Students applying with the IB Diploma do not need SAT scores but may require TOEFL  Students applying with high school diploma will usually require SAT or ACT scores

 Scores must be reported to colleges by the Collegeboard or ACT  Score choice available for most colleges  Most colleges do NOT super score ACT results  Beware of Test-by deadlines and specific testing requirements

Internet based Register at: (British Council is test centre in Paris for IELTS) May advantage a student with a low SAT CR score
