What we're looking for Confidence, enthusiasm and resilience Commitment to the principles and purpose of the profession Excellent communication skills An understanding of the career At least 100 hours of work experience with young people aged 13-19

Entry Requirements School and College leavers 160 points from at least two A-levels or one A level and two AS levels (excluding general studies). Alternative qualifications e.g. BTECs are accepted GCSE English Language and Maths at grade C or above

Professional Requirements Attendance and conduct is monitored 80% minimum attendance to pass the course Criminal Records Bureau check
