4 UCSB Module Assembly Problems Past Week –Minor problem with one glue dispenser. Will test and switch to back-up. Can then modify current one. –200 storage plates assembled. 200 more plates machined, but are waiting to see need before assembling. –Replaced one of out 2 curing pumps with a larger one. Will enable us to cure up to 10 plates at a time.

5 Wirebonding This Week –A few TOB modules require up to rebonds on the PA. Problem seems to come and go. –Bonding has kept up with module assembly.
