Import videos into iTunes to get it to a mobile device Saves broadband – videos do not stream. Download video as QuickTime. Once the video is on your computer, open iTunes. Click on “Movies” at the menu on the left. Go to “File” and click “Add to Library”. Locate the video you wish to add and click “Import” or “Choose”. You should now see the video in the iTunes box.·Click on “Advanced”. For iPod or iTouch, click on “Create iPod or iPhone Version”. For an iPad, click on “Create iPad or Apple TV Version”.· You will have two copies of the video. Right click on the original one and select “Delete”.· The next time you sync your iPod, iPad or Touch (plug it into the computer), it will put the video on the device.
