It is a barcode-like image that stores links or other information, readable by a camera on a smartphone/smart device.

Click on google apps (a.k.a. the waffle) and click onto “DRIVE”

Click “NEW” ---> “more” --> choose “Google Forms”

Then, make sure that your form is NOT restricted to ECESD users only by unclicking the restricted option.

Click “SEND” → Click the link option

14. Click “COPY” in order to copy the shareable link…
now it’s time to turn this link into a QR code.

15. Open up a new tab and go to www.QRstuff.com
Paste your link into the “website URL” section
“download QR code”

16. Click on the downloaded QR code and you can choose to:
