What the heck is social media?

SOCIAL MEDIA IS AN UMBRELLA TERM… THAT DEFINES THE VARIOUS ACTIVITIES THAT INTEGRATE TECHNOLOGY, SOCIAL INTERACTION AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF WORDS, PICTURES, VIDEOS AND AUDIO.
