RELATIONAL ► Weaknesses ► Strengths needs to always have attention is restless, always seeking for new fun – filled activities easily forgets and not careful when speaking tends to exaggerate (talks too much) and may over commit to impress others may be quite disorganized and often not punctual ► Strengths enjoys talking with others, makes friends easily and enjoys meeting people is cheerful, spontaneous (quick) and is a fun person to be with has enthusiasm (motivated) and can be persuasive is optimistic about life and is able to inspires others likes to have compliments and is well – liked by others

DECISIVE ► Strengths ► Weaknesses is decisive, wants quick results and likes to take initiative gets things done on time likes to have freedom & power (authority) to complete a job likes to take risk, is confident of self and does not give up easily likes to compete, loves challenges and likes to win ► Weaknesses can be stubborn & insists on their way can be impatient with people who are slow, gets easily irritated & may scold people seen by others as being proud may be too aggressive and override others opinion may be insensitive to the feelings of others
