Ensure you are on track to GRADUATE Review your transcript and check your credits. Use the Graduation Requirements Chart link in Naviance Take care of Attendance Contracts & sign up for Credit Recovery if necessary Make sure that you have fulfilled Health, PE, VPAA, World Language and SENIOR MATH-RELATED CREDITS We will explain how to get your transcript from Parchment later in the presentation If you have an approved PC, make sure you have the class that was listed as your “swap-out” course See Mr. Pantano for an attendance contract. See your counselor for Credit Recovery If you have an issue with missing a class you need, see your counselor Your credits are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You MUST register at www.eligibilitycenter.org Meet with your counselor to assess your academic readiness Register with the NCAA Eligibility Center after junior year Closely monitor your classes and grades Send a transcript to the NCAA eligibility center from Naviance Send ACT scores to NCAA by entering "9999” as a reporting selection when registering
