Neighborhood Party This was a big success we had very good turn out Thank you to everyone that helped especially Becky Prsha and Jennie Mouser! We want to continue to make this our signature tradition

2018 Plans Assessments - To keep a responsible budget reserve we are proposing a $15 increase in assessments to apply next year 2019. Our assessments have not changed in over 15 years and services keep getting more expensive. The $15 value was derived from Consumer Pricing Index percentage. Indentures – Currently soliciting bids from a number of real estate lawyers to review and update indentures. Any changes will have to be voted on by a majority of lot owners. Work day - Spread mulch, clean up playground, paint benches, etc. Date: Saturday, May 19th @ 9:00 am *** We Need Your Help! ***

2018 Plans Community Garden at the Common Ground *** We Need Your Help! *** Subdivision Meet & Greet End of Summer Pot Luck Party Installation of 2 additional trees in common ground Subdivision garage sale day – Working with local realtor, The DENNY Team, to advertise and setup date/time this will be posted to the website

Common Ground Work Day We will have our annual work day to help spread mulch, paint and seal benches and other Common Ground Maintenance. Please bring shovels, rakes, and gloves if you have them. All ages are welcome! Doughnuts and Coffee will be provided!

Community Garden We are doing a trial run of a Community Garden in the common ground. Committee formed to maintain and upkeep Start with small 2-3 raised beds (4’w X 6’L X 2’H) Placed out of the way on the perimeter of the common ground Work with local youth service organizations such as girl/boy scouts to help with the maintenance and upkeep The beds will be divided up in sections for responsibility of crops All Questions and Volunteering should be directed to Committee Chair: Becky Prsha E-Mail: bprsha@gmail.com Phone: (314) 369-9701

Neighborhood Party We will continue this year in having an end of summer party. Expect to be around the same time of year. 2017’s party was a great success. Becky Prsha and Jeanie Mouser did an amazing job and were able to pull off a high quality event for under $120. Seeing last year’s attendance and overall interest in the event has prompted the trustees to budget additional funds towards the event to help make this an even more successful event.

Volunteer Opportunities We have a number of projects this year that will only succeed if we have volunteers. Please check the box of the Common Ground Work Day May 19th @ 9:00 AM End of Summer Party TBD – Look for more information on the website and Facebook Group Page Community Garden May 19th we will be setting up the beds and will plan the plantings the following Sunday.

Drainage/Seeping Water It has been noticed that in front of the homes of Foxwick there seems to be some rust stains, sulfur smell, and what appears to be water seeping from the ground. American Water (866-430-0820) has been contacted and pointed us to MSD MSD (314-768-6260) has been contacted and pointed us to American Water St. Louis County Public Works has been contacted and responded: “The repairs St. Louis County made are surface repairs that should not have effected any piping or subsurface drainage below. If the Water Co and MSD have been unable to find a cause we have no recourse to require anything further from them.  We believe this is being caused by subsurface drainage, and will continue to monitor the situation for any changes.”

Raffle Thank you for attending! For attendance we will be raffling off 6 - $25 Home Depot Gift Cards
