Definition of EAT Module EAT means Expenditure, Advance & Transfer. Expenditure and Advance to Vendors. Transfer to Agencies. This module facilitate the expenditure filing out of GIA released by both Centre and States. The funds used by the lower level agency will automatically reflected as expenditure in the books of Parent Agency.

Govt of India’s Directions for Implementation PFMS Government has mandated use of PFMS for all state Government/agencies receiving funds from Government of India. Enabling provisions have been made in General Financial Rules 2017 No further funds are to be released if the recipient has not utilised the previously released fund through PFMS. The balances shown as unspent on PFMS may become the reason for non release of further funds.
