2. 24x7 Power For All Documents Documents for 10 States namely Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Meghalaya, Goa, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Assam, Telangana and Bihar had been signed. Implementation of the same is being facilitated and monitored in Ministry of Power, GOI. Haryana Document is being signed today i.e 11.1.2016. Concurrence received from Maharashtra and Punjab. Documents for six states namely Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Punjab, West Bengal and Sikkim have been prepared. States Government’s concurrence is awaited.

3. 24x7 Power For All Documents JS(OM) have taken meetings for Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Arunachal Pradesh. Draft Documents prepared. Secretary (P) will take meetings with Energy/ Power Secretaries of the States in 2 nd and 3 rd week of Jan 16. Video Conferencing by JS(OM) with ten States held on 29.12.15 under phase -3. For states under 3rd phase, Meetings at JS(OM) level is scheduled in 3rd and 4 th week of Jan. 16 and at Secretary (P) level would be held in 1 st & 2 nd week of Feb. 16 with Energy Secretaries of the States.

4. 24x7 Power For All Documents 13 documents completed (11 signed +2 to be signed) 10 draft documents submitted to the states. States to finalise and concur. Remaining documents of other 13 States/UTs are at various stages of being finalised. States are requested to expedite.
